Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction is designed to meet the needs of individuals applying for an open builder’s licence in States such as QLD, but is available in all states and (1)

Designed for

  • Individuals working in larger organisations and managing more complex, high rise, large projects and processes

To obtain this nationally recognised qualification,
you will have to demonstrate the following but not limited to:

  • Project manage a complex or high rise project
  • Your senior level in the organisation
  • How you have created and influenced an estimation or planning process
  • OHS and environmental policies and procedures that you are part of implementing and updating
  • Masters in Building Training will recognise your building experience through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)


Ten (10) units of competency are required for Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction:
