Certificate IV Building and Construction

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of individuals requiring a licence who have a Carpentry, Bricklaying, Architectural or Engineering background in NSW, QLD, NT, SA, TAS or ACT.

You can study in class in Brisbane and Sydney, or on-line using our e-learning portal. The lessons are presented by Australia’s leading professional building trainers, who each have years of experience as successful building contractors. Our on-line lessons feature animation and multi-media to help you understand difficult concepts, and include free software to help you learn how to create contracts, estimate quantities, and create all the documents you need to be a builder, including WHS Management Plans, and DAs. Any experience you already have will be recognised and credited to you by a process called Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), so you can focus on any skill gaps.

Sixteen (16) units of competency are required for award of this qualification:
