Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) CPC50210

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of individuals applying for a building contractors licence that do not have a trade background. In NSW individuals that do not have a trade background in Carpentry, Bricklaying, Architecture or Engineering will require a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) additionally to the Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) to apply for a builder’s licence.

This course is available via RPL (for experienced builders), or on-line. Our on-line course features one-on-one training and mentoring with professional trainers and experienced builders, over 200 multi-media lessons, and free software to download and use for costing and estimating. There are over 35 professional documents included to help kick-start your career in the building industry, including WHS Management Plans, sample contracts, and sample reports.
